RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
EXCHANGE
1. Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Once your order is placed, we do not offer any returns. For exchange(Same set) in case of any size issue, please WhatsApp us at +91-7827439539 within 72 hours of the receiving the product, any request post 72 hours of receiving the product wont be eligible for exchange or return.
2. We are happy to help in case the outfit has defects. Pls WhatsApp us on +91-7827439539 within 72 hours of the receiving the product
3. Once the exchange request is placed, we will arrange for the reverse pickup
4. The reverse pickups usually take longer time to reach their destination as compared to the forward pickups.
5. If the reverse pickup is unavailable from your pin code, then the customer will have to ship the items back to our address.
6. Exchange is possible only in case of any size issue for the same product only.
7. Exchange/Returns are not accepted if the customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
8. International Orders are not eligible for exchange or returns.
RETURNS
1. Refunds requests will be accepted only in case of a wrong/faulted product sent by Hasli.
2. We do not take return/refund requests in any other scenarios other than the mentioned in point 1.
3. Customised orders are not eligible for return/refunds
4. For any refunds related to defected sets, we will be refunding the amount once we have gone through the checks and upon meeting the criteria we will refund. Refund processing may take upto 5 - 7 banking days
